Our hours of business are Monday to Friday 8:00am – 3:00pm.

All orders placed before 12:30pm are dispatched the same working day, any purchases made thereafter will be dispatched the following working day. (Monday – Friday)

Royal Mail 2nd & 1st Class

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24 depending on your selection when placing your order. Orders are dispatched to the whole of the United Kingdom.

My Hermes & FedEx

If the order is especially large or heavy, we will need to use a courier service.

My Hermes – 48hr service

FedEx – 24hr service or My Hermes 24hr service

Depending on your selection when placing your order.

FedEx only deliver to mainland UK, if your address is in the following areas, we will automatically use My Hermes to ship your order.

Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Jersey, Alderney & Guernsey, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands.

Once your order is dispatched, you will be updated with the courier company used and relating tracking number.

A PDF copy of your sales invoice will be attached to the email.

In the unlikely event your order is delayed, we will contact you with an updated dispatch date.
